I don't get how to set up a shoutcast server i have a good host but don't know what to download and upload?

It is really easy, I haev just done it. Ok so make sure you haev winamp installed then download the server thing and isntall it. next downlaod the plug-in for winamp from the site and install it. Open C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast\sc_serv.ini and edit the options, this may take a while but it really easy. next go to http://localhost:8000 and login to the admin panel. if you want you can configure the options.
next open winamp and click Options => Preferences. then plug-ins => DSP/Effect. Click configure plug-in. make sure music is playing. edit the options. everything is now done.
For somebody to lsiten to the music they should go to http://youripaddress:8000 (they have to type this in the URL option in winamp or windows media player, etc).
- I may have missed out a step but you'll probably do it anyways -

try to use ajax based or flash based shout cast so it consizume less bandiwith
flash ones : with xml ?
I don't think that it can be "ajax based or flash based". granted, I know nothing at all about them, although i know what they do, but SHOUTcast, with Windamp, act as a server
