Just follow the installation instructions. You usually have to upload the script to the public_html directory (or httpdocs directory) and then access it via your browser.
for example if I upload it to pulic_html/php/script.php (or httpdocs/php/script.php) then I would visit it at www.mysite.com/php/script.php
you need to have complete website script if so you can do it easily where you need to give persmission i mean chmod few files and check do you have insatll.php files and make sure you have installed php and mysql it will be right stuff for any installl
