hello everyone. I am Dj_honorio, from Portugal.. I found this forum when i was looking for a cool free host, that i currently need so i can start making a website for a gaming clan that i am starting. I am a student, and in my free time i like to play video games, go out with friends, listen to music and, of course, work on websites, as i am always up for a new project. I am currently administrating 2 websites, and i'll talk about them later if anyone wants to hear me.. lol.. anywayz this seems like a really great forum, and i think i am gonna love it here..

I am replying to the top post on this page because I'm not sure it would be better to start my own subject/bulletin. I discovered this site while searching for a free hosting site. I am hoping it is as good as it seems. Spending $$$ to create a website seems silly, what with free blogging and MySpace and things...
Of course the catch is, it is somehow more authentic to host and have Your Own domain name. That is what I dream of doing. I hope to use this host to create the website for my new, um, band.
The "band" is my boyfriend and myself, and we want to create a webpage together because we are moving to the east coast... we think it would be helpful to our friends/family/fans if they could check up on our endeavors on the internet. I'm not entirely clear on the requirements of length and thoughtfulness here, but I hope this post is alright. I'm glad to be here, and hello to anyone who catches this message.
