Ooohw, not too long
(about 30 seconds), long enough to get me on film . The first few seconds are a bit painful, but later on it isn't that bad

Lol, I hope you dont think its a religious ritual. I and some of my friends were just having fun in the swimming pool, doing some stupid/crazy things.

(it is a kick... where you jump and land on the "kicking" leg)

while running you turn around and make a backflip with a kick in it (its actually not so hard to do, although lately I'm afraid to do it
