this is 4t Tray Minimizer Pro, I like this software. but it's just not good enough...
I need somekind of software does the same thing, but it's free.
also... if it's possible... is there any software permently put these 2 more buttons on a exe file? if there is, it will be soooo cool....

I use PS Tray Factory.
It hasn't got those buttons, but you can minimize windows to tray using Ctrl-Win-Alt-M

I know some software that'll give you simular buttons and it's completely free and easy to obtain.

...Linux. (specificly KDE)
