Spore is going to be an incredibly revolutionary PC game. If you don't know about it (BLASHPEMY!), then you MUST watch this whole video (it's an hour long, but it is worth the watch):

I've been interested in Spore ever since it was announced (at E3, I believe) last year. Then again, I've like a lot of Will Wright's games (SimCity, The Sims), and I'm sure this will be no exception. Spore is definitely a game that I'll get eventually. However, I'm starting to doubt whether or not it will play on my computer, though. Mad

I haven't been checking up, though (and I'm on dial-up, so no hour long video for me), so is there an announced release date, or is it still up in the air?

This game would be quite awesome on XBL arcade... athough i'm not sure if size would be an issue. Spore and Alien Hominid.
