You don't have to (unless you requested for an account reset). Your mySQL databases and etc should be intact.

Only some SQL queries require to be changed if you are using phpBB Wink

If I understand it correctly, you changed the domain of your website/forum?

Well, the only things you will need to change are some settings in the phpbb_config table. Replace all old domains with the new ones like in the cookie settings.
