I have get arround 700 uniques per day and i get arround 0 clicks on my adds, i am currently using chitika.com i have recieved payment in the past but all the clicks have seemed to dry up, I have applied and got turned down from google adsense. My site is www.poxyproxy.com does anyone have any ideas of how to improve this situation.
All surgestions will be greatly apreciated....

However, when I refreshed your page a few times, I kept getting ads for stuff like Windows Server 2003 (£300ish) and X-Box 360s. The products seem to be very high value - maybe people just aren't interested. Try contacting chitika and seeing if they'll change the ads.

Before people enter the site have like an opening page saying click my ads it helps keep the site up and running. I would click it, and plus I visit that site sometimes but I click the ads sometimes not much.
Offtopic: Proxy server, proxy, proxyfi, Proxify, anonoumous proxy, serf webpages secretly, HTTP, show images"> Some people cant even acess your webiste through school because of Websense use's Meta tags and they block Proxy server on it like me.

If the advertisers catch you doing that though, you could be kicked off their program. They want real visitors, potential customers. If you say "click this to help me out" then someone will click the link, then shut the window. Then you're just ripping off the advertiser. | xorcist wrote: |

I will change the Ads content, good idea i didnt really look at it like that, on how much things cost thanks 
Animals right i had a message like that on one of my previous sites and the advertisers suspended my account while i removed it..
As for changing the meta's im nt sure as it really wont help my search engin results but http://bargin.be/ this should work (i think) try it at school and tell me if it works...

ryanI have had a total change arround with my ads, i have finally got Adsense therefore i have removed most of the chitika.com ads i only use them as a alternative if google carnt find any related ads for my site.
I have removed the ad from the forum, on the home page I have removed the chitika add and placed a small adsense add underneeth the banner and on the browse function of the site I have also place another adsense add.
These changes has improved the revenue but only slightly I have seen a increase from 0USD per day to 0.18 USD per day before and now to arround 0.80USD per day to 1.20 USD per day, but my uneque visitors is now arround 1,000 per day and page impressions arround 30,000 and im sure i should be receving much more.
Any more advice whould be very much aperciated
