This has been Exceprted of of www.rogers.com a communications company in Canada. This site is Claiming "PORTABLE INTERNET". Basically what it is (i work for Rogers) is a special Wi-fi adapter for your computer (either PCIMA or USB) that connects to the Cellular Network and Provides seamless wireless coverage in the supported areas.
