Yes
It comes built into each default directory, so it isn't neccesary to upload your own. A little related advice: Be sure you name your homepage "index.html", as I had to resort to creating a javascript page to forward it to my homepage, "home.html".
Thus is the deal with my site,

It's much easier to start that way than to go back and change each page, as you sometimes would. It can be a serious pain to do that once you have already created over 76 pages. I didn't do that for this site, but for the site I made for webpage design, let me just say, "wrist cramp!"
