Post your desktops!!!

OK

This is a tread where you post your desktops!!

In Windows to take a screenshot of your desktop press Print Screen (often shortened down to Prt Scrn on your keyboard). Now an image of you desktop is copied to the clipboard. Go into MS paint (or any other program that handles images) and press CTRL+V (or EDIT->PASTE)
Now save it (as a jpg prefereably), and then upload it to imageshack or photobucket, and then post the url here in {img}{/img} tags

I'll start with mine

I like my wee copyright sign at the bottom (so nobody can copy my desktop Wink

)

a very ugly and messy desktop.. Very Happy

i suggest using thumbnails to display pics though, pics that are too big can get annoying and slow down people's browsers, esp if they are using a slow connection..

Yes, but lots of new users come, and old users may have a new desktop. So this is one of those threads that can/should (imo) be redone every year or so.

Okay here is my desktop with a few apps crowding in:

It's Ubuntu Linux (version 5.10 Breezy Badger), with Gnome 2.12.1 but iinstead of Metacity it uses Enlightenment E-16 which allows me to keep the Gnome interface combined with Enlightenment eye candy. The frames of the windows are Enlightenment's Ganymede theme while the insides of the windows are a Gnome theme made to emulate an E-17 theme. The main icons (except the Firefox icon) are called Glossy Glass available at Gnome-Look.Org.
