He has answered questions about mp3 and I think videos in the past, so I'll give you a rough estimate of what he'll say
1. You REQUIRE his permission.
2. The videos would have to be stored in one folder (so that it could be monitored)
3. Illegal or copyright videos are NOT allowed.
4. Work such as videos must be created by you (and friends as long as you have their permission)
That is rough estimate and it was I remember of a post from a long time ago, the rules may have changed and/or I have a bad memory.
