being the rebel that i am, i look for proxies to get around that darn st bernards security thing.
and one know of any good proxies (cookies enabled, please) i can use at school?
handsoffmycomputer.com
hidmyass.com
i know more but see if those work first.
Hey I need this too.. But most of the listed sites as proxies do not work most of the time. Even if they work..they are very slow.
I use http://chaoslords.net/proxy you just type in the site you wanna go time in the bar and it takes you there. The only thing is it sometimes has some problems display flash games, etc. but its still very useful ^_^ It got a whole load of settings there that you can change too.
Anonymouse.ws
Mystic Proxy
MBD5882
There the 1s I use at school, though the crafty bleeders are begining to ban all them to!! lol Enjoy
Mine is the best
first try www.poxyproxy.com but if that fails www.bargin.be should!!!
tell me what you think...
thanks
ryan
using proxy sites is not safe as you are transferring data through a third party. the best solution is to make your own proxy server with a remote computer and an ssh daemon.
http://steves-network.com/ has a real good proxy, similar to poxy proxy's, only I didn't have as much trouble with it...
You beat me too it
They work in my school
Well only www.bargin.be

just wondering what troubles did you have with poxyproxy...maybe i could help fix these?
thanks

Well, it may have been my modem acting up(that's why I usually go to proxies, when my DSL modem is on the fritz and won't let me access microsuck or something and IE won't throttle the connection to get it working again), but my the form seemed to stall when clicking submit. After trying several times, I went to steve's network and it worked fine. I went there just right now to visit wikipedia. It now works fine, but it is just a tad slower than other proxies I've tried. Oh well. It could be that you have more people visiting.
:S bad news!!!!!! We have been kicked off another host!!!! that is three hosts i have had to remove it from......
The future of poxyproxy is looking bleek!! unless i can find a hoost that will take it or someone willing to host it for me!!
does anyboady know where i could get it host or of any kind individual that might host it for me... thanks
No worries people your favourite proxy site of all time www.poxyproxy.com is back online, you can also access it via www.bargin.be and www.bargins.be as well as a few others please let me know if you have anyproblems
the problem with proxy sites, is that they always have 'proxy avoidance' in their meta tags. My school uses a system that searches for keywords in html and filters them out too! So any site that lists 'proxy avoidance' as a tag is filtered.
Any sites that don't have that?
There could be ways around it. I have a proxy at www.blaster.host-topia.com/proxy I could look at it and maybe change it.
Thank you Ryan for uploading that.
