Try JSAS. I'm a complete beginner with php/Apache/mySQL but JSAS is very easy to install and use. It installs apache, php, and mySQL as part of the package so you don't need to worry about the parts not working together. It also has good documentation (although I don't know if there's a Croatian translation available).
You can download JSAS free from http://jsas.joomlasolutions.com/
Good luck
I used Easyphp a lot, it works easily, and is very user-friendly.
Has easyphp got apache & mySQL?

Apache, MySQL and PHP all combined into a neat installer.
I use DeveloperSide.NET Web-Server Suite it has php, mysql, phpmyadmin, perl, apache. Very easy to install, self-configures uses very little resources

I like xampp a lot, with mysql database.
I never used mysql before for making a website, only for saving data, so I dont really know what its for... Never used apache before eather, even though some of my friends do.
I use Xammp! It's great, easy to install, and has PHP MySQL and APACHE. It's the best in my opinion.
You should install all the apps you need but not in a package, because it is more difficult to keep them updated.
