I've played it. The only bad thing about it is that it's really easy. I beat it on normal without a single Game Over screen in less than 2 hours on my first playthrough. And I always die in the flashgame version in a matter of minutes. 
After I played it on normal I switched to hard which was harder but still no Game Over screen.

The animation is about 4 times the quality of the flash version, the level design are beautiful and the gameplay introduces things like charging your weapon. Backward and forwards rolling. Biting heads off enemies. Digging underground and ripping enemies under. Throwing enemies in 8 directions and HEAPS of cars/tanks!
