Problems with PHP-Nuke on Server2

Vrythramax
I'm (attempting!!!) to do a manual install of PHP-Nuke for beta testing on server2 (DirectAdmin does not do software installations like C-Panel...my loss your gain) and I am having trouble getting it [PHP-Nuke] to load properly. I have the the config file set correctly, file permissions set properly, and all files are uploaded in thier correct space...but all I get on the initial load of the admin page is a blank page, but it shows the correct URL in the URL bar of the web-browser.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Problem solved, anyone using version 7.8 don't pay strict attention to the install.txt file....it's a bit misleading.
