Whats the styles admin place in the administrator panel?
One thing more how can i make the forum so that the guests can`t access it

I am willing to help you but....I don't get what you want! What is it that you want me to tell you about the Styles Administration Panel????
what is it? what can you do with it?
i'm guessing that he is using a php software script like phpbb or smf... to make forums inaccsesible to guests ou just click the apropiate checkbox when creating it... as for the styles part, maybe you can modify the "style" of the forum.. like the theme... 
Oh, now I get it.
With that, you can add new styles, create new styles and manage/edit your styles.

I'm guessing that your using phpBB. To change the colour rather download a templates package from here and install it on the forum or edit the /subSilver/subSilver.css file to suit your needs.
You may also want to check out the template BlackAndWhite, which seems to suit your needs. it is available from the link above.
The styles Admin module is where you can install, delete, edit, make, etc, templates.
To make guests not able to access a certain forum...
login to ACP => Forum Admin => Permissions =>
then edit the permissions. If you don't want guests to see a forum then change the view from "All" to "Reg" meaning that only Registered users and above being able to see itOMg i messesd sth up. now when i try to log in(even in administration panel) it doesnt work. all i did is installed templates and suddenly it messed up 
it says the page couldnt be found Page could not be found doesnt sound like a style issue more likely a file missing or the host down. If you have stuffed the styles though you can go to the database and edit the values to bring it back to a default style.
but could the stuffing result in that?
