Asus problem

I have a problem.
On my notebook i have run numerous scans and i can tell now that it is completely clear of malicious files.
But still my notebook freezes at times.
I think it has to do with drivers. But i really dont know which one is wrong as i have downloaded them all from the asus site.
Please help guys

Windows has a tendency to break itself every so often, that might be the cause. You could try a fresh install.

yes , i think you should install a new one.

It is not necessary to install a new one..

Install the correct Windows OS according to your Laptop Specifications...
