Sorry. I hate asking for help. But I really need help...Really.
My printer was printing something. Then I canceled it. It keeps being in the quuee. It won't go away. I've restarted. I've turned off the printer. i've deleted the file. I've pressed cancel 100 times. WILL not work. and I'm mad. I don't know what to do.

Restart your computer and disconnect your printer from your PC.
Simple but effective.

either that or update the drivers for the printer.

disconnect the printer and see if it works. if no, then remove (uninstall) the printer from the computer. this should work

Click : Start-Settings-Printers and Faxes
the window will open, and it will contain an icon for your printer.

double click on it , and you'll get a new window. In that window clik on Printer-Cancel All Documents ....

That should do it ...
