Problems logging into FTP help!!

Hi, i have just created my account, and tryed using AbsoluteFTP to view the FTP to upload my site, but each time i try to connect, it says connected, but the password i was given seems to be wrong. help plz!!

p.s. also tried with CoreFTP, same problem

Please note that the password is case-sensitive. It is "a" is not the same as "A".

Otherwise, try to use http://cp.frih.net/ to enter your control panel.

If that still doesn't work, we'll try it with a different password then.

thanks, but still doesnt work. I copy and pasted the username and password i was sent when my account got activated. any more ideas??!!
