Hello, I live in Belgium. Belgium is probably one of the most complicated countries in the world. This is because there are always (and always have been) tensions between the Flemish/Dutch-speaking north of the country and the French-speaking south. Politics aren't fun here. Smile

Another thing that's not so funny by times, is the weather. I'm sure noobie4life, who also lives in Belgium, will agree with me. There's the rain, and the cold... luckily, spring finally started today!

In Belgium there are three official languages: Flemish, French and German. We are a part of the EU, and our education is very good.

There's the same problem in every country around the world... east and west US, french and english canada, France and Corse, etc... Regionalism is part of human history...

I'm from the Netherlands.
(And I'm not very proud of it.)
Many foreign people are still thinking that the dutch all smoke weed and other drugs (not medicines, but weed and hasj and that shit).
That is not true (I hope that is now clear).
I don't smoke drugs and I have never did it.
I'm not proud of us reputation of drugs-country but I can't do anything against it.

If have nothing better to do check this out : http://travel.poland.com/. You should know about Poland that we don't all steal foregin cars (though it's quite a problem in our country), we're not all alcoholics, though we can drink a lot, and most of us are very friendly to foreginers (unfortunately there are some exceptions). The good thing that Poland is famous for are beautiful girls (of course I am one too Wink

) and John Paul II. Summing up, still worth visiting Very Happy
