apache owned files problem

i hate to bother ppl, but i noticed on forums only admins can delete them, tried something with cron etc but didnt manage to...

could you please delte
/home/phx777/home/phx777/domains/ravegalaxy.net/public_html/slo/
/home/phx777/home/phx777/domains/ravegalaxy.net/public_html/admin/

btw does anyone thing this could be done with cron jobs? and does anyone know how? cause i really hate to bother ppl if theres no need....
