You do know we can suspend you and we dont have to tell you why. You agreed to the TOS when you signed up.
The file in question was http://ani.frihost.net/ERQER/NuneYesayanKhghaDooIntz.mp3.exe.
You are not allowed to put commercial music on our server. Even if you had the full rights on it, then you should have had a legal.txt file in the same directory explaining that you had the full rights on it. The kazzaa-generation might not realize this, but downloading commercial music files from the internet is strictly illegal.
We don't have to prove that's it's illegal; it's up to you to prove that's it's legal. Those who want to play save, shouldn't upload a music file.

I'll have to find another word for this, instead of illegal. With illegal music, I mean normal music files, even if you bought the cd, that you put on the internet to share with others, even in a password-protected directory.

ok c'est ce que je disais je me suis tromper la prochaine fois je mettre un mot de passe pour y pouvoire acceder mais stp rendez moi mon site j'ai beaucoup travaillé pour réaliser ce site et je n'est pas fait de sauvegarde

C'est pas pour t'embêter, mais même avec un mot de passe, ca reste illégale. Un serveur est fait pour l'internet, pas pour stocker des fichiers. Si qq supprime toutes les fichiers, je n'ai aucune défense par dire qu'il y avait un mot de passe. C'ela ne vaut rien.

Non, ton site ne sera pas reouvert, mais nous te donnerons probablement l'occasion de faire un back-up de tes fichiers si tu en as besoin.
