2)is it alright to have swears, partial nudity, pictures of movies FOR MOVIE REVIEWS, pictures of games FOR GAME REVIEWS, files, etc. on my website?

3)Do you guys offer an FTP if downloads arent allowed?

4)Do you allow flash cartoons on my site?

5)May I host flash for a friend on my site?[/url]

3) You can use a web ftp like http://web2ftp.com

4) not 100% sure

5) As long as it fits the TOS and you have permission. I would still ask though because i am not 100% sure on this either.

Alrighty, thanks! My friend is thinking about getting a frihost anyway so he can host his own flash. . . . web2ftp should realy help me, thanks. And thanks for clearing up my confusion about forums.

You also can use Internet Explorer to FTP:
by example: ftp://username:password@server.com/

Then you can copy and paste files as if it were a map! If you want to upload a bunch of files, you also can pack them to a *.tar.gz-format (using 7zip by example), then upload it and unpack it using DirectAdmin or Cpanel, that saves a lot of time.

WOW! THANKS! I didn't relize FTPs wre all that easy to come by! this is realy helpful because I realy want this site to be the one that doesnt suck. . .LOL

Nudity isn't allowed, large bikinis are ok, but no nudity, not even partially. It depends on the case, though.

The rest seems to be ok.

what I mean is like, if I have a flash cartoon that has nudity, I wont get booted. Nudity may also be art. . . . I dont have any intention to be a porn hub for all the old fartz of the internet. Smile

I would do away with the nudity. Just doesn't sound good. It way be offenisve to people.
