Since I am on Server 2, I don't have Fantastico and was unable to automatically install a CMS. So, I have manually installed Joomla but it is telling me that it is not able to write to any of the required files. I have checked that all the permissions are correct, and they are. Anyone know how to solve the problem?

Make sure that the files in question are CHMODded to 0777.
