I would like for the users of my site to be able to put there pictures on my site. Like Pictures of taking down a boss ect. But I have no idea how to make this happen. Any idea's on what I can do?

So they can upload images ? or whatever and they are there viewable for everyone..?

We do huge quests in world of warcraft and take pictures. I want them to be able to upload it them be able to view it in a gallery instantly. I'm a totaly newbie when it comes to this part. I recomend this to any one that wants a user based photo gallery very nice and great security. You can auto prune so you dont fill up your DIR. Very nice I like it a lot.
