I found Xilisoft the best to convert files as it has all the required files and doesn't required a quicktime player or real media player or sort of other players to convert the said files.
some converters need quicktime/realy media player to conver .3gp,.mov,.r and all the like. btw, who needs to convert if they have the player.!!!
i found that ultraiso and power iso is very good to convert files and also winrar and winzip pro are good for compressing them but there is a lot of free converters out there and there is some on download.com or torrentbox.com
u r scary. have u tried converting quicktime files using that iso burner!!!???? kinda surprises me that such a software will be able to convert .mov files??
does it really work. have u tried it??
there is a way to play avi on itunes... if anyone was interested in the reverse way. through quicktime you can create a mov file that reads from the avi file and tricks itunes into thinking that it is playing a mov file.
This is useful if you use itunes with airtunes and have the sound wireless. then you can play video's with wireless sound.
use softwares by Xillasoft to convert files to avi and other format
Mediacoder should have this functionality. You may want to check it out.
VLC (www.videolan.org) can do that;
under Media > Convert/Save
