When I was at the gym last week a quite big guy came up to me and told me that I was breathing in the wrong way while practising.
He told me that I had to breath out while moving the barbel up and that it allways is like this when you are training (benchpress etc.)
I think this feel wrong, i want to breath out while moving down the barbel.
Is it true what he told me?
