Avoiding some sub-forums in "View New Topics"

Like, say i don't know any "Other Languages", and half (or more) in new posts come from this section.

How about adding an option to avoid some sections in "New Posts" search.

I don't see this suggestion useful to me...as I don't use that function. I think that it is not a requirement.
