I need a good file, that's flexable, that I can have proccess forms for me. I've tried Response-o-matic, but I'm sick of the ads that they display while the form is being sent. I have tried search engines using various keywords, but everything I find is either absolutely useless or wants money.
About the pay:
I am 15. I may as well say that right off the top. My parents can't afford a credit card, or I could and would pay for a file. I have under $5 to my name, so I obviously must pay in frih$. I am nearly desperate. I will pay $25, but as I said, pay is negotiable.
More about the file:
I want absolutely any type of file, such as .js, .php, .pl, or whatever, so long as it can provide my users with a custom thank you screen, and take any input type and email the values to me. I have tried everything I can as far as html provides me alone (I only really know HTML, (X)HTML, and CSS), and I just need something simple that can do this for me. I want something that even I can edit to use for various forms on my site.

PS: If this is successful, I will soon be searching for someone who can provide resources for allowing my visitors to register and login to my site, if anyone happens to be interested.
