There is a way to rotate(90o) a mpeg movie?

hello all!

I have created a mpeg movie using my cybershot camera, but, as always, I forgot that the camera has only a horizontal image for recordings... Now my video is horizontal but the image is vertical.

Somebody know a software that allow to rotate video?????

Otherwise, you can rotate the file in windows movie maker or imovie.
