Okay. So now I have a domain:
www.somethingwonderful.frih.net
By messing around a bit with microsoft frontpage, that is what I have.

Now, can somebody teach me how to get buttons and such? A good website with a bunch of html things will be VERY helpful.

Do I get just one page? (index.htm) Or can I have multiple pages? Yahoo Geocity was easy to work with, but I need some hands-on html practice rather than drag&drop kind of things.

OK, so your a total newbie to HTML. here is a quick google search of things you'll need to learn, don't worry they are beginners tutorials.
To put an image in your website you will first need to download the image to your PC. you will then have to upload to you webspace and place code into an HTML page. To learn what code to use go here
