I think I used one account as ( alkutob@alkutob-jordan.frih.net ) . and I wonder who can has the permit to use the rest of the unlimited accounts .

And I want to know how can others use username@alkutob-jordan.frih.net .

And how can they sign up to have an account @alkutob-jordan.frih.net

You have to make the new email account in DA. If you want you can have your users have email accounts too. You could have them sign up and you make the account.

You may make a few email accounts for you and your friends, but not start a free (or even paid) email service of your website.
