I think the whole posting to stay active thing is a good idea, though I think maybe when you reach a certain level (maybe when an admin decides) you could have your account perminantly there unless you say your going to leave.

I Totally Disagree, the whole concept of FriHost is staying active for a hosting account. What your suggesting is no guarentee to us that your going to stay active. Also if your a dedicated member, like I class myself to be, then you'd have no problem with it as you don't notice it ~ this happens if you spend a lot of time here
I'm gonna have to agree with Wummingsden here - it's never going to happen since revenue comes from advertising. People will stop using the forums, stop bringing in revenue and end up costing money.
