You don't have any backup of DataBase and send me?

Your account has been closed because you have less than -20 points (almost -100 points, in fact). You will have been sent 2 warnings when your points dropped to 0 and -10, so these gave you ample time to make a backup yourself.

Frihost is not responsible for backing up your data, so unless you made a backup yourself, you have lost your database.

When the server crashed they might not of recreated your account because you had -20. So if you had your account before and you just lost it that is probley why.
