Now, I know that we are not all scripting experts and we do not have all the knowledge of it at our fingertips.

Now, there is nothing wrong with a little C and P.

However, if you are going to copy and paste a tutorial, I have a few, humble, small requests.

1. Verify it is a full tutorial and not partial.

2 If possible, test it out on your own server.

3. Don't claim it if you did not write it.

May I ask an admin/moderator to sticky this for me please?

right, it's pretty annoying and to think it's only purpose is to gain some points. i'm sick of those copy pasting peeps, if only there's a mod or something that will determine if it's a copy paste post and they won't be able to gain points.

it ain't only here in tutorials but also in humors and funny pictures

Quote the original Resuorce.
If you ever copy and paste, put them in quote tags.

Both points are extremely valid.

I have no problem with the Copy And Paste thing, I mean, come on, not all of us know how to do everything that has to do with a scripting issue in an online programming language.

I sure don't.

But claiming others work as your own? As a poet I have had to deal with this s*&# for years. I refuse to deal with it on a tutorial sub forum, it just isn't right.
