Okay,

I made a directory (cutenews) on my domain 'HabboTouch.uni.cc'

I uploaded the files, after CHMODing them, etc..

http://www.HabboTouch.uni.cc/cutenews/index.php Doesn't load, instead, it comes up as a HTTP 404 Not Found page.

The url's are case-sensitive.

It says to go to 'yoursite.com/cutenews/index.php

I go to 'habbotouch.uni.cc/cutenews/index.php

Use .uni.cc as a forwarder. It will be much easier if you upload your site here at Frihost. And you've got FTP here so I suggest you use this! For your other problem, I can be short:
Check if the directory is spelles the right way, cause it looks like this directory just doesn't exist.
