I'm glad to see this high end scope back in game, but I have to wonder why it's +3% hit in the first place. Hunter's base miss % against a lvl 60 mob is 5%, and that doesn't increase much for boss mobs.
Giantstalker armor alone has +3% hit, rings easily give another 1 or 2%, the ZG enchants are 1% each, ony tooth pendant is 1%.
So why exactly do hunters need more +hit%?? Is the base miss % being raised? Would it make more sense to have a +crit% or +atk power scope? or even a scope that increases range??
I'm only asking because this scope is hard to make, and if you're running MC enough to get the pattern, you don't need it at all :/
