I have a IPAQ rz1710 and I wont put on Linux versión.

http://www.handhelds.org/geeklog/index.php is probably your best bet for getting linux onto the indicated platform. I have had linux on various handheld devices but cant find a direct response for the model you mention.
There are many distros out there now that are well suited for these devices. With some tweaking and research I think you can get there. Keep in mid it wont be some much model specific as processor/storage specific.
