Which is better and what is the main difference between them. If I am just creating a personal web site or a small business web site which route should I go?

Are you asking if you would go for a hosting with Windows or with Unix (Linux?) run by the server you want your page to be hosted on? I recommend Unix.
Wel... erm... have you ever checked Frihost's offers? I think it's a great one... Cool

Windows hosting uses Windows.

UNIX Hosting uses Linux.

On Windows, you can use ASP..on Linux, you can't.

Well, I'd assume there'd be PHP..mySQL etc too Smile.

But, if you are at Frihost, you'll be using Linux.
