Normally it's just another boring offseason in the NFL. So far I don't think there are that many cap cutting surprises but I was surprised that Denver cut Mike Anderson. I guess Denver can turn anybody in a 900+ yard running back.
NFL CBA
I'm not a huge follower of the CBA stuff but they delayed free agency until Sunday. It was supposed to start at midnight tonight but the players are going to present another offer to the union so they decided to delay it and give teams more time to get under the cap.

Denver can turn anybody into a 1300 yard back. Anderson was over 1000 yards, Tatum bell had 980, and Ron Dayne had like 200. If just one of those guys starts they go over 1500.
Hopefully the CBA thing will be over today. If not it.... The Redskins will spend like 200 MIL on players when the NFL goes uncapped.
The Owners have agreed with a new six-year CBA!!!
The only RB that Denver could not make into a 'star' was Maurice Clarett, whom they drafted in the third round last year!

Thank goodness they got the deal done. I wish the cap were a little higher but we definitely need it.
And I'm a 49ers fan so it's not like the cap has been helpful to my team at any point.

I'd like to see the NFL with no cap, but the cap doesn't seem to hurt my New England Patriots.
