Ferrari or Porsche?
Hi guys, how you prefer a nice Ferrari or a good and great Porsche?
Well i like more the Porsche.

I'd take a 360 modena or an enzo over any porche. Those cars are too sexy for thier own good.
Do I have to pay the repair bills?
Then Porsche.
If its free, and I dont pay to fix it, Ferrari.

Porsche are very cheap (as proved in Top Gear they are also not very good when Cheap) so i'll go with a ferrari

Ferrari anyday. Especially cause their faster. Also a lot of ppl have Porsches these days I wanna be unique. And the last thing is because they are expensive, if i do buy one then I would feel like a rich man.

i like the porsche way more. smaller, cooler, sleeker, nicer.
Difficult one this. but ferraris are just so much more expensive and they are better than the equivalent porsche. most of the time anyway. The F430 is an amazing machine and the Enzo is a masterpiece.
The ferrari is better looks wise I think. Both are great sports cars and i would take either one if they were givin to me

I cant vote on this because, well, its just too hard a question.
I love Ferrari for its style and street credit, not to mention they are amazing machines, but there is just something about a Porche that always seems to grab my attention. If I was made to choose, I dont think I could.
It basically comes down to this: Which Ferrari and which Porche? Because if specific cars from both companies were named and I had to choose betwean those, it would make it alot easier!

You're right that the Ferrari has soul which does make it more special but you have to admit that as a machine the Porsche 911 is amazing. I say that even though Im a ferrari man
Too bad you have to be a crazy super billionaire to get your hands on an enzo. Porsche on the other hand has been making the highest quality performance cars that people of more normal budgetary constrainsts can afford without sacrificing asthetics. Ferrari is over-rated.
Well, it depends on the model. I'd probably go with a Ferrari Enzo. Though, Porsche has some models that are quite expensive as compared to Ferraris.

If my memory serves me correctly, there is a Porsche SUV. I dunno how well it runs under of road conditions, but I'm pretty sure it would get you to your house.

Although them tires look pretty beastly.

I know it seems weird that they choose the buyers. However if you are a multi millionaire you could always get a Bugatti Veyron

you see the thing with the Enzo is you have to have owned a Ferrari prior to the Enzo in order to buy one. But you cant buy a new one any more anywways so you could get one used from some rich guy if you had an incredible wallet.
ok.. I had just heard something like that not anyone could buy it once, and a friend told me that you needed to be invited to buy it.
I think that means that they will only make a few. So when you watch car autions with this the prices will be something like $1.5 million. You would be lucky to own one.

There is no competition!!! the Ferrari is by far the better choice!!! I could guarantee that you could all count at least 10 porsches a day!! Well, how many ferraris do you guys see a day??? The Ferrari is faster, better looking and the technology in the Ferrari could make the Porsche look like something from the older days!!! Porsches may be more luxurious, more comfortable and easier to handle..... But us guys want something that wil challenge us, give us a thrill and get our blood boiling!!! Porsches just dont do that!!!! AND ONE MORE THING..... YOU GET MORE LOOKS OF THE GAWJUS LADIES ON THE STREET IN A FERRARI!!!!!

Purely because of the sound. That lightweight clutch makes for the most insane F1-Style revving ever... and gear changes are still made properly in the Porsche.
Actually if you asked me a few years ago, when the 360 was still around and hadn't been beaten with an ugly stick put on steroids and called the 430, I wouldve taken the Ferrari. The 360 is gorgeous, and the 355 before it was just sublime. Then again, neither was really supposed to compete with the Porsche 911, which cost half as much.
But now, with Porsche in the new 997, and Ferrari producing things that look like really ugly corvettes (That 550 replacement, whatever it's called) and sports-car/bus hybrids (The 612 Consigliettispaghetti), based on aesthetics alone? Porsche. Everyday driving is much more reasonable in a Porsche.

I go with American muscle over forigen calls anyday, but if i had to chose i go with the Ferrari b/c not only dose it has speed but it looks aswome.

ferrari's are just on a whole new level of driving excelence. the f430 is exquisite, the enzo's gear box is just immense. and what do porsche have to offer? the cayman? the cayenne? great. porsche's are going backwards.

Ferrari have amazing cars but I think the porsche is more practical... if there is such a thing in the toy market

A year ago I would have said that Porsche have lost their imagination. They now have the Caymen, the Boxer, the 911 & The Cayenne. All of these cars look exactly the same!!!! not only from one year to the next, but between the models! Even they cayenne looks vaguely like the others, just bigger (and even uglier).
Unfortunatly now Ferrari (to a much lesser extent) are going the same way, there is definatly a corperate imagery thing creeping in. I dont mind. Ferrari's next car could look like a dog turd and i would still give an arm to own it!

I prefer Ferrari, since I do not like Porsches at all... Ferraris are more sportive, in my opinion, and they look way more sexy then Porsches. Anyway, I can't stand the Porsche's lights... I find them too round...
Ferrari is the best sports car the world has ever seen. Porsche is also good with its own identity and unique design, but when it comes to beauty and speed, Porsche does not come even close to Ferrari.

Of course the porsche is far better, as its's so elegance. Like those kind of English gentlemen, with a nice cover and a real sporty soul. Ferrai is of too much furious. So when driving a porsche people will think you are much reliable than those who in a shiny Ferrai!

i like ferrari and porche both
I've driven both cars in the past (not mine) and I found that the Ferrari out did the Porsche in every aspect. But they're both great cars.

A ferrari remains esthetically more beautiful than a porsche, making it more of 'the' exotic.
However, the latest model from Porsche, the 997 Turbo, puts down such unbelievable performance numbers, which put a normal ferrari (like the 360 or the 430) just way back. And that for a fraction of the money...
So, I'd say, for a daily driver I'd choose the Porsche, but Ferrari for the weekend

Ferrari's are in my opinion qualiter and have better tradition that Porshe. I personaly prefre Porshe's design, too.
The Ferrari is like a world class model .... unbelievably awesome to look at but way too high in maintenance. The Porsche is like the girl next door who wins a national beauty contest .... looks better than most but is more affordable and is generally easier to live with.

If you want your car to be more stylish I would go with Porsche, but if you want your car to be more speedy, I would go with Ferrari.
what a pity we can't vote for both ;) I chose Ferrari, but loves Porsche, too :)
I actually cannot stand Ferrari, becausre their F1 team, so I voted Porsche
