Looking for a Graphics Viewer that supports .XCF Files

Phil
Tell Me,
Does anyone here know of a program (like Infraview or ThumbsPlus) that can view GIMP files?
I use GIMP, so I save all my files as .xcf.
Unfortunately, I don't have any way to view them as thumbnails and reall don't want to change the file extension.

Have you tried or heard of XnView? It supports hundreds of image types and allows the viewing of them. You may export images to different types as well.

You can view it here: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/pierre.g/xnview/enhome.html

Hope this solves the problem,

I completely forgot about XNVeiw.
Well, looking at the features list, it says that it does support .xcf files.
I'll download it and check it out.
Thanks Freezon

I've noticed this also when I was using Ifranview it coulden't read photoshop images. I had to update and get the plugin pack to view them. Maybe theres a plug-in for what your looking for.

Well, XNView does do GIMP files. Quite well. I looked and didn't find a plugin for Infraview. If anyone does know of one, please let me know.
But for now, XNView will do just fine.
