I found this site, QS Computing, you can upload your banner to their ad network for free, I've found them quite useful, I use them and get many visitors from them.
You can choose either Text ad or Banner ad.
They have a point system like Frihost does, except you don't lose points like you do here, you lose points when ever your ad is shown, to get points you either post, play their online mini games, or (best option) show some ads on your site.
Oh, and by the way, they also review software for any programmers out there.
