Trying to move SQL database

N00b here trying to move old SQL database to this host. Here is the export options from my old host. Which ones should I select to facilitate import to this host? Step by step would be VERY much appreciated and I can consider buying the info with say 50 $frih Smile

Seriously, I can't understand anything.

So, here's a picture of what I would choose and it's probably the best settings.



Hit "Select All", I guess that isn't really reflected in that picture.

I do according to the above post, but without compressing into .gz, and I get a success message:

Hi,
That only exports the tables from your old host. Now, you need to move the SQL dump here.

Get the SQL dump as a .tar.gz, and create a database using DirectAdmin. Now, go into the FriHost phpMyAdmin and click on 'SQL'. Either upload the .tar.gz file, or otherwise paste the dump in, and submit. The data should now be in the database.

.tar.gz generates server load and that's bad.

Besides, it's better sometimes as an .sql.

When i want to bak up my sql database,i will use some tools to do it.
I don't know how to use phpadmin.
