Yes, we support them.

You need to rename the files to something.shtml
Shake
Ah. Sorry noobie4life. I tried searching just couldn't find anything on it.
I don't normally rename the files to .shtml so I'll do that.

Edit: This isn't working. I'm using <!--#include virtual="navbar.shtml" --> but nothing shows. I have a couple of div tags and the list I need to be able to change the navbar, and nothing else. Don't know what's wrong.

I made a new file called test.shtml and placed it in your public_html directory.

Code:
Testing include with ssi. <br>
<!--#include file="index.html" -->

http://gamersdelight.frih.net/test.shtml

It seems to be working fine.
Shake
Hmm. Ok I'll have to test again.

Edit: Still not working. There must be an error in my html.

Edit 2: I think I'm doing it backwards. I need to get my navbar to show up, and it won't. I'm keeping my navbar in the shtml file in my includes folder, and I'm using include file to try to include the navbar buttons in the navbar. I'll have to work on this later tonight.
