Cookie problem

madsencarl
I have a cookie problem with my domain (www.thecrib.be) - when I update it, I can only see the updates if I clear my cookies/cache etc.
However, whenever I visit the site using its frih.net address, I can see the updates fine.
Any solutions?

Code:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="-1">

That sends a meta header to not use cache Very Happy..

But wouldn't that mean more bandwidth usage? i.e., bad?

Normally a cookie is only valid for one domain and will not work on other domains, if I'm not mistaken.

Well then what could be causing the problem? Because I don't want my visitors (scarce as they are) to think that my site is never updated...
