I don't really watch much anime, but my favortes consists of Trigun, Hellsing and Scryed.

They're now producing Hellsing OVA's which are a lot more based of the manga then the original Hellsing produced for TV series. The animation is a bit more different but it's still nice. The only bad thing about the OVA series is it's suppose to span over the next 3-4 years ;(

I like inuyasha, full metal panic, evangelion, cowboy bepop, ranma 1/2, exel saga, pokemon, detective conan an much more... I love all japanese cartoon.
