Once I clicked never ask me again for that file type, each time I download zip it become open the zip file. But I want to save it, how to make things go back to normal

which browser are you using? Microsoft Explorer? Mozilla Firefox? Opera?

When you click on the download link, select save instead of open.
but sometimes it's a button, and when you do that, you can do nothing about it(except using the source code, but I'm toooo lazy)

Hold down the left SHIFT key when you click on the link to download. It will pop up a window with the option to save or open as. There is a checkbox that ask if you wish to perform this action everytime, uncheck it. Now everything is back to normal. hope this helps.
Instead of clicking download link you can click right mouse button and then save target.
