I am a new user and I currently own a domain as well as subdomains. I am just wondering if Frihost will be able to support all of these...

for example: www.blahblah.com, www.blahblah.info, blog.blahblah.com... etc.

Yes, we support them all. You will need to be able to change the nameservers of those domains in order to use them, though.

If you login to your registrars website; it is there were you registered your domain, you should be able to see an option like "dns management", "nameserver setup" or something similar. You should be able to fill in ns1.frih.net and ns2.frih.net in there.
